I create viable habitats by activating terraformers that someone else left. I chase the waypoints it tells me to chase. I touch down on the planets that it tells me to touch down on. The most important criticism I can give Andromeda is that it is not a game about discovery it is a game that discovers itself for me. …And also like those people, it’s dull, devoid of personality, and I’d prefer it launched light years away from me. Andromeda, like the space pioneers at its heart, is seeking a fresh start.
Whatever happened, these people slept through it and woke up 600 years later in a different corner of the universe. Since this expedition set off before the original trilogy concluded, the game earns bonus points for distancing itself from Mass Effect 3’s controversial ending.

If anyone has a possible solution or maybe a way to rollback the patch to the previous version, I'd love to hear it. So I know my computer should be able to run the game. I put in 40 hours on patch 1.04 and another 5-6 hours on patch 1.06. Seems to be similar to the issue I encountered from Patch 1.05 except I'm able to run around for a bit before crashing (where in 1.05 I was able to load up the game and it'd crash randomly anywhere from the loading screen to the point where I clicked "resume" game). My CPU usage is low, the temp is low, and there isn't an event log that it crashes. It just closes out and leaves me staring at my desktop. There is no sign that it's going to crash when it does. I am using the Deluxe edition of the game
